Brandey Rodgers is Senior Vice President & Senior Director of Hayat Brown Infrastructure Investment & Development LLC. As SVP, Brandey is responsible for several aspects of IID’s business including its people, public engagement, operations and engagement with clients. She is also actively involved in the firm’s business development activities and works closely with potential investors to match IID’s infrastructure development capabilities with investor portfolio requirements.
Brandey is a results-oriented real estate construction and development professional with over 15 years of leading and directing teams, projects, and locations simultaneously. As an accomplished leader in managing, structuring, and negotiating transactions, she is known for her breadth of expertise in the social infrastructure industry. Brandey’s track record includes leadership of development teams with Fengate Asset Management and the District of Columbia Department of General Services in approximately $2B in managed projects, including the U.S.’s first bundled school P3 project, Prince George’s County Public Schools Alternative Construction Financing Phase I.
Brandey has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from American University.
